What is your return shipping fee?
• The return shipping fee covers all goods that have been returned or not picked up unless there is an approved complaint case from our customer service.
• We do not charge a return shipping fee for the return of damaged or incorrect products if the return has been approved by our customer service.
• The original shipping cost is refunded only if the entire order is returned.
• Refunds are processed once the return has arrived at the warehouse.
