    Ordering
    Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.
    If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@arcticlink.se.

  1. Delivery

    Our normal delivery times are 7-9 days. Please note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
    If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@arcticlink.se.

    Customers are entitled to free storage of packages at DB Schenker until the third day after arrival at the warehouse. From the fourth day, a storage fee of 11 EURO excluding VAT per day will be charged until the package is collected. This applies only to Home Delivery for businesses.

    4. Prices

    All prices in the store are listed in EURO and include 25% VAT.
    We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in supplier prices, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

    5. Right of Withdrawal
    When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the moment you receive an item you have ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

    You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to info@arcticlink.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items that the return pertains to.
    You should return the products to us immediately, and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.
    You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so they should therefore be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
    We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item if used or damaged.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    A custom-made product that has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch according to your specifications.
    Services that have been completed, and where you have expressly agreed that the service begins without the right of withdrawal.

Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we commit to rectifying the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

    6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?

    Any defects should always be reported to info@arcticlink.se, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved claims. We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation.     Limitation of Liability We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors outside our control.

    Product Information We are not responsible for any typographical errors on this website or for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a slight color difference may occur due to the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to present the products as accurately as possible.
